Who we are
Lake Padel Club (Roeleveenseweg 4, 2493 ZH Den Haag) is responsible for the data that reaches us through this website. We like to keep things simple: we collect as little as possible and only use it for the purpose you give it to us for.

Visitor statistics
To see how many people visit the site and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and without following you across other websites. We only see totals, not who you are.
Forms
If you fill in a form (contact, company outing or sponsorship), we receive what you enter: for example your name, email address, your company name if relevant, and your message. Your message reaches the board by email.
We only use this information to answer your question. We won't send you newsletters or advertising, and we don't pass your details on to anyone else.
How long we keep data
We keep messages from the forms for up to 90 days. After that we delete them.
If your message leads to an agreement, such as a company outing or a sponsorship deal, we only keep the details we need for it, for as long as the law requires (for example for our accounts).
Spam check with Turnstile
To keep spam out, we use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms. Turnstile checks whether a person is filling in the form, usually without you having to do anything. To do this, Cloudflare briefly processes technical data from your browser, such as your IP address. This is only used for the check, not for advertising.
Hosting
The website runs on Cloudflare. As with any website, the server processes technical data, such as your IP address, to show the pages safely and quickly.
Booking via Playtomic
Courts are booked via Playtomic. As soon as you go to Playtomic, you leave our website and Playtomic's privacy policy applies. The same goes for links to Instagram, for example.
Your rights
You can always ask which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Just email info@lakepadelclub.nl. We'll respond within a month.
Not happy with how we handle your data? Then you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If we update this statement, you'll see it in the date at the top of this page.

This English version is a translation for your convenience. If there is any difference between this version and the Dutch version, the Dutch version prevails.
